But take a peek at some of the talented travelers from last week's party, first.
It's always fun to discover the reasons a blog—or blogger—has been given the unique name attributed to it.
When you read the featured post of Queenie @ Queenie's Vintage Finds and Treasures, the meaning of her name becomes crystal clear. She's the Queen at unearthing hidden treasures at yard sales and thrift stores.
I know firsthand that homesteading has its ups and downs. Many of us learn as we go!
Such was the case with Dr. Momi @ Homesteading At Redtail Ridge—when she hatched her idea for getting a chicken to complete the task started by a duck.
You'll just have to visit her to sort that one out! ; )
I really like home tours. Do you? Of course you do!
Then jump on over to Walnut & Vine and let Rebecca take you on a little cottage tour.
When I visited Melissa @ Shabby Love and saw all her fabulous recent estate sale finds, I just had to see if she lived anywhere in the vicinity of Queenie.
If those two gals lived in the same state, the pickin's for great goods would certainly be scarce for all the rest of you. lol
You know how much I like trash-to-treasure projects.
Well, I thought this was a really cute t-t-t linked to TTT by Snowflakes and Dragonflies.
Don't you just love this vintage radio shared by Jori @ Hi There Cupcake!?
The color falls right in line with today's trends.
What would we do without thrift stores, yard and estate sales, and the like? We'd pay A LOT MORE for our home décor, that's what!
Thank goodness for such shopping venues, where we can find ugly ducklings to turn into beautiful swans—just like Lisa did with her chairs.
And last but not least, if you want to learn to make stylish accent pillows as simply as possible, visit DIY HOME DECORATING IDEAS.COM for a terrific tutorial.
And that's another wrap.
Now, let's go so see what creative minds have conjured up this week!
Thanks for the shout out! I love trash - to -treasure! Have a super weekend!
