"We all have our time machines. Some take us back, they're called memories.
Some take us forward, they're called dreams."
~Jeremy Irons~
Welcome to the 67th Time Travel Thursday linky party at The Brambleberry Cottage!
Are you ready to share your fondest memories, grandest dreams,
and most creative projects? Great!
But first...
we have a double-feature of talented time travelers from
the past two weeks to acknowledge.
I'm always thrilled when new participants find Time Travel Thursday and
join the party. And it's even more fun when I discover that they are newbie bloggers,
and I get to introduce them to you.
a warm welcome to Blogland!
It seems that orange and black are no longer the traditional colors of the
season. I'm sure you've noticed that black and white have been
the prevailing trend over the past few years.
And that trend is a perfect fit for the seasonal décor at White Whimsy.
Don't you just love the way stencils are being used on everything today?
Michele @ hello lovely inc shared how she has used them
in a number of pretty applications.
In home décor—as with many things—versatility is a big plus.
When creating her new pillows, Ela @ Scrapidoodlelicious employed that logic
when she made these reversible beauties.
If you want to know how to make this super cute, super simple dry-erase
board, be sure to visit Maggie @ sweetwater baby.
The next best thing to working on a repurposing project myself is seeing
something that you—my blogging buddies—have given new life to. The pretty
planter box, hanging on the dark gray wall in the image above, started out
as a piece of vintage molding—that is until the hubby
of Amber @ JUNKAHOLICS UNANIMOUS got
hold of it.
Here's another really cute, really fun, and simple craft project for you.
Leigh @ Fun to Funky shared a tutorial for making popsicle stick
bracelets. How cool is that?
Want to see some great vintage pieces? Then go say hello to Dolly @
Now show us what you've been up to lately!
IF YOU LINK TO THE PARTY, PLEASE BE SURE TO LINK BACK TO
THE BRAMBLEBERRY COTTAGE ON YOUR BLOG.
That dry erase board is so clever. Seeing a menu in writing would help me stick to it. I love the colorful patterns too. Your other features are great as well. Cute pillows. Thanks for hosting this fun party.
