Talented Time Travelers in Focus #1

Our very first Time Travel Thursday linky party, here at the Brambleberry Cottage, was a blast.  I can't wait to show you some of the talented travelers who took the trip.

Penny @ The Comforts of Home took a drab, dated desk and transported it to the future as a first class phone charging station.  She even provided a no-sanding tip for this beauty.  Hey, Penny!  That would have been a great tip for the Tips & Tricks Tuesday party.

Melissa @ Those Northern Skies shared her sweet idea for using vintage doilies in a modern way.

Nita @ Mod Vintage Life took us back in time with the precious memories she has of a loved one–and how they relate to the gorgeous figure above.

Chelise @ Born Broken sent this old candy machine through quite a time warp.  No candy here, just her sweet–non-fattening–doll collection.

Pamela @ Be Colorful  was just that... with her hip modern painted barstool.

Ann @ Make the Best of Things offered us a great tutorial on transporting our projects back in time with Elmer's glue.

Marie @ Sally Lee by the Sea turned flotsam to fabulous.

And Diane @ Pittypat Paperie gave her gift set a popular Parisian update.

Great job time travelers!

  1. The dolls in the candy machine are a hoot! I love that! Some of those little ones inside look very familiar to me.
